Yildiz Restaurant Grilled
We are certainly not at a loss for great Turkish places round these parts, but Yildiz was something of a favourite haunt when I lived straight opposite. The shish kebabs are the stars of the show here as far as I'm concerned - a portion comes with fragrant rice, salad and plenty of bread too - all freshly made and for about 8 quid. Lots of people phone in orders rather than wait for the meat to grill but I much more favour the watch-and-wait option, with a glass of Turkish tea in front of me.

Call them and order a take away for collection - recommend everything except testicles - but we really like their chicken or lamb wraps

Yildiz Restaurant Carnivore heaven
What a great place if you like meat; the lamb ribs really are heavenly - charcoal grilled and served sizzling on the plate. Great bread and caramelised onions to accompany the meat; even the salad was top notch. Great value too.

Yildiz Restaurant Great ribs!
I went to this place with some friends based solely on the reviews from trusted places and i am glad to report that the web site is working well! We had a great time. The previous reviewers were raving about the ribs – this is one of my favourite dishes which is why we came here – I just had to try them too! Again, the previous reviewers were spot on. They are absolutely delicious! The meat just falls off the bone as they are cooked to perfection. Prices are really reasonable considering the location and you can get a huge meal for a ridiculously cheap price

Yildiz Restaurant great food!
After a couple of other successful evenings in other turkish restaurants, we decided to gve Yildiz a go. So glad we did, its the best one yet! I can confirm the previous reviewers comments on the barbeque ribs - they are fantastic! Never had ribs this well cooked before, the meat just melts in your mouth, and the sauce is delicious. My friends had other dishes and all reported they were cooked perfectly as well. Prices are about average for turkish food so no suprises their either! Parking may be a bit of a problem in this area so take my advice and walk there. You'll need some exercise to burn off the calories after such a delicious meal!

Yildiz Restaurant Best lamb ribs in London
In fact these are the best bbq lamb ribs I have tried anywhere in the world!

Apart from the lamb ribs I recommend the Iskender Kebab, which is also delicious. And watch out for the free starters, especially the grilled onions with pomegranate sauce.

Yildiz Restaurant what a find
This is a fantastic little restaurant. Reasonably priced, great quality food and friendly staff. If you haven't been here you don't know what you are missing.
